Was having issues with sensors and cut outs where the board dies and bucks you off (at 22mph!) Disabling moving faults and having fangs is just investing in your health. That extra second or two allows you to run out most nosedives if you come off the board at all. Popping the clutch on nose-roll starts is pretty fun as well but make sure your runway is super smooth.
Tires are amazing I could lean hard into corners with full confidence. Never had a flat or leak with first set just awesome!
I originally order these to make my wtf low rider rails not so low on some occasions. Found out that they fit stock wtf rails not the low riders. Luckily I decided to swap to the dub tail rails which are perfect with these. Very satisfied with my purchase. Hope this helps, have fun floating.
These things are awesome. I just got my second set. The colors are bright and beautiful, love how soft they are, and I'm a big fan of the steep concave. Some people that try my board don't really dig them but most people do. I think they may take a bit to get used to after riding flat pads.but with enough time I think anyone would prefer them over anything else.
Over all good product, super comfortable on the feet! I even ride it bare foot with the corse grip tape.
However, I have two weak/ dodgy connections at either end of the connector cable. Ended up having to make my own harness from old plugs to make it work. Messaged the company and no offer to warrant it or even swap it over ( considering it cost just under 500 aud to get it over here )
Cannot understate how good these are. Stock footpad died after 2400 miles, and even with a sensor shortage Matt had me back on the road in a couple weeks. The footpad shape and feel is far superior to stock and the Stoked Stock V5 is such a good sensor that I can wear shoes that never worked on the stock pad with 0 mounts of shame after 2 weeks of use so far. Best purchase for my XR to date, even though it was out of necessity I should have bought it years ago now knowing just how great this product is.
