Return Policy

Returns
You can return products (with exceptions, see below) if returned within 30 days of delivery to you. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. Land-Surf, LLC is not responsible for late shipments caused by carrier delays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and appear brand new. If it is not in brand-new condition, a return will not be autorized and we will not pay to ship it back to you.

It does not need to be in the original packaging, nor do you need to include any instructions or plastic bags that might have come with it. All orders that were not a mistake in shipping by Land-Surf, LLC. will incur a 15% restocking fee. Please note that XCELL Brand E-Skate products have a 20% restocking fee.

You do not need an RMA or any authorization, simply send your product back to the address below. Note that  Platysense footpads (whether for XR or GT) are custom-made at the time of ordering, and as such, they are not refundable. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
