I had the fangs 2.1 installed on my board and I took a hard nosedive accelerating too fast at a stoplight. I was able to recover because of the fangs but when I got home I realized one of the wheels had come off. I sent an email to Landsurf asking if they sold single replacement wheels and told them my situation. I didn’t realize that they already had a product page for replacement wheels until after sending the email. I went ahead and bought a package of the two replacement wheels. They shipped quickly and when I receive my package I found that not only have they sent what I had ordered but they also sent a single replacement wheel with the bearings and bolt free of charge. Not only is the product amazing and has saved me from several injuries when I wasn’t paying attention but the customer service is equally as good. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
